System Requirements
Brigitte’s FLK software is compatible with modern web browsers and requires a laptop or desktop computer to access it. Specifically, users can access the software using Chrome 51+, Firefox 47+, Safari 9.0+, or Microsoft Edge 13+. While some aspects of the software, such as tutorials, may be accessible on smartphones and tablets, the question bank and mock exams can only be accessed on a laptop or desktop computer.
If you are unsure about which browser to use, we recommend using Google Chrome, or Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer. Installing or updating a browser is generally safe and easy, and you can find guidance on the browser vendor’s webpages or on resources like “What Is My Browser’s” update guide.
If you are unable to change your browser yourself, please contact your system administrator for assistance. In a worst-case scenario, you may need to use another computer to access the software.
